PGiLife is a Social Business Community, designed to engage
PGi’s employees across the globe. It launched in November
2009 with the intent to break down communication silos.
It has become something much more organic,
groundbreaking – and bigger than we ever expected.
PGi has long specialized in meeting solutions, increasing
the productivity of 90% of Fortune 500 companies. Yet our
internal communications were not streamlined, as we relied
on one-way communication tools and disjointed global
processes. When the Marketing team was restructured, we
began exploring new ways to share documents and
collaborate as a company. Enter PGiLife.
In six months, PGiLife has morphed into a global
collaboration tool that has energized more than 2,300
employees to get things done together. With 94% global
adoption and Web 2.0 tools like wikis, blogs, groups and
tags, sharing information across teams, offices and regions
has become the norm. The age-old problem of information
silo-ing has been replaced by an organically evolving
knowledge base for PGi products, training and technology.
Our vision continues to expand. We now use PGiLife as a
platform to discuss best practices, blog on recent sales wins
and access expert advice instantly. It has transformed a
multi-faceted company into a tightly woven community of
people working together.

SMB Sales on-boarding and training occurs right
on PGiLife – with videos, documents and training
